Hello! My name is Janie Cochran. I have a passion for people and mental health, which led me to pursue my certification in mental health first aid as well as addiction counseling. I am also a life coach, specializing in panic attacks, depression, agoraphobia and mania. I have written a memoir about my experience with mental illness and federal prison, called Mania.

My daughter, Micah-Jane Neese, is a social worker and LCSW-C. She works closely with me on the development of my mental health first aid course, using her clinical expertise to ensure the best approach possible.
